Warm up this winter with Raclette, an Alpine style cheese that's broiled and melty. We will taste and discuss the culinary traditions of Raclette.

Please note: For programs with fees, the registration deadline is one week before the program. Program fees are due within 3 days of registration. Registrants with unpaid fees will be placed onto the wait list after 3 days.
