Learn the techniques for making a delicious pie crust and the many ways it can be used. Chef Cherise Slattery will cover mixing methods, rolling, shaping, blind baking, filling and decorating your pie. In addition to traditional pie, Chef will explain how to use your pie crust to make quiche, crostata, and hand pies. Enjoy a bite sized sample of baked fruit pie and pie “cookies”.
