Villa Park Public Library
- The Group Collaboration Room (GCR) is intended primarily for the use of students and non-profit groups.
- No products, services or memberships may be advertised, solicited or sold in the GCR, except for educational services provided by paid tutors.
- Use of the GCR is limited to two hours per day (time may be extended by one hour increments if no one else is waiting).
- The GCR may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
- Reservations will be held for 10 minutes after the designated time before the room is released to another user.
- The GCR must be vacated 15 minutes prior to the library closing.
- By using the GCR, you agree to the Public Information, Services, and Networks policy (Policy 643) and the Villa Park Public Library Patron Conduct policy (Policy 568).

- Dry erase board
- Markers and an eraser are available for checkout at the Second Floor Service Desk.
- A TV monitor is in the room for users to connect a laptop for presentations
- No other equipment is available.
